Valentine's Day Fully Loaded Dark Chocolate Bark

Guest recipe and blog by Lauren Lobley @themomfeedpodcast

Valentine's Day is just around the corner, and it's time to start planning what you're going to make for your loved ones. If you want to be extra loving this year, whip up a batch of this decadent yet healthy dark chocolate bark!

There's a reason why chocolate is such a popular Valentine's Day staple: it's delicious! And, there's more to it than that. Chocolate has long been associated with love and romance. It's said that chocolate contains aphrodisiac properties, and many people believe that it's the perfect food to celebrate love and intimacy. Whether you're gifting it to your partner or enjoying it yourself, chocolate is the perfect way to celebrate Valentine's Day!

But of course, not any chocolate will do. Here's why I love using DARK chocolate in my recipes: Not only does dark chocolate taste amazing, but it's also packed with healthy antioxidants.  These antioxidants fight against free radicals that damage cells and can contribute to illness. The fatty acids in chocolate also lower total and LDL cholesterol, which can protect your heart! And dark chocolate is actually good for your waistline: the fiber in it helps keep you feeling fuller longer.

Plus, this recipe is powered by my favorite gut-healthy ingredient, Just Thrive Probiotic.  Just Thrive is the only probiotic that I've found that can withstand any recipe and retain potency – plus it's tasteless and odorless. For you and me, this means we can add it to any of our favorite recipes without sacrificing taste or gut-supporting, immune and digestive driving power!

Just Thrive Probiotic + dark chocolatey goodness makes for the perfect healthy Valentine's Day treat. Ready to dive in?
