When an order is placed on our website, you can expect the order to process within 1-3 business days. After your order ships, most orders are received within 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot control how quickly the carrier delivers product as there are different factors including time of purchase and distance from the warehouse. A valid tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as it is created. You can also login to your account to see your tracking information.
If you have qualified for free shipping on our website, the free shipping only applies to orders being shipped to the Contiguous United States and does not include shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and countries outside the United States. We can ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and many other countries outside of the United States but shipping charges will apply and will be calculated at check-out.
International Shipments: Just Thrive is not responsible for any customs or duty charges. All customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. International orders cannot be shipped with expedited options.
