Affiliate Program Structures & Policies

WHO CAN APPLY?

Anyone with a health and wellness website or blog is welcome to apply for an affiliate account.

You must have a Tax ID or Social Security number in order to submit an affiliate application and you’re required to submit a W9 form if your affiliate application is approved.

APPROVAL PROCESS

Affiliate applications are reviewed within 3-5 business days.

If your affiliate application has been approved, you’ll receive a welcome email with all of your affiliate account details.

MARKETING

We do not allow affiliates to advertise on networks as our brand, or by using our common branding information. If this is done, we hold the right to immediately suspended your affiliate account and any unpaid affiliate commissions will be null and void.

We require that you use  Just Thrive® approved banners, images and logos in all Just Thrive® promotions, emails and social media mentions. If you need marketing materials, please contact Jesse at jesse@justthrivehealth.com.

COMMISSIONS

Commissions are paid out monthly for amounts incurred over $100.

Commissions are paid via PayPal.
