  1. In an empty 16 oz glass, mix and stir the powder of Precision PREbiotic, Ultimate IgG, and Just Thrive Probiotic
  2. Add in 16 oz of water (2 cups) 
  3. Juice 1 lemon into the mixture
  4. Sip slowly over the course of the day
