Back to School Immune Popsicles

It’s back to school time around the country! Every mama and papa out there can relate to running behind their kiddo to get something good in their belly at least once in their lifetime… If not quite often! (Unless you have an exceptional sweetheart whom I am coming to take away 😉

But there is at least ONE thing that kids love and will gobble down in no time, without being harassed – And that’s popsicles! Hence, combining healthy, popsicle ingredients into a smooth paste...and freezing them into popsicles has been my go-to solution to get my little one to have the things he otherwise wouldn't be interested in. 

But this is no ordinary popsicle that I share with you today... It includes the TLC power of Just Thrive PREbiotic and Probiotic that get masked into the goodness of the other superfoods such as blueberries and coconut.  Not only will this concoction support your kiddo’s gut for back to school health and protection, but it’s a delicious treat too! Watch their excited little faces when you ask if they want a popsicle after school!

Back to School Immune Popsicles 

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas 
  • A handful of fresh blueberries (or use frozen when not in season) 
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen grated coconut  
  • The powder of 2 Just Thrive Probiotic capsules 
  • 1 scoop of Just Thrive Precision PREbiotic 
  • Lots of love :-) 

Instructions: 

  1. Add all the ingredients into a high-speed blender.  
  2. Blend into a smooth consistency. Add a little water as required.

  4. Freeze until solid 
  5. Your delicious and healthy smoothie popsicles are ready!
