Panna cotta, a molded chilled dessert popular throughout Italy, is renowned for being as tasty as it is beautiful. But have you tried making Panna-Cotta at home?
It may look a bit daunting, but in actuality, it’s super easy to make! Even better, with my recipe below, you can make a healthy, vegan-friendly, gluten free, and gut healthy version the whole family can enjoy.
Panna-cotta is, in my opinion, the perfect dessert to share and enjoy on a summer afternoon... Or keep it all to yourself to enjoy! (after all, this one is actually GOOD for you.)
What makes this Panna-Cotta stand out amongst the rest? The powerful punch of Just Thrive Probiotic added in. Just Thrive Probiotic is odorless, tasteless and can be mixed into just about anything without losing potency!
Struggling to get your family (especially your little ones) to take their daily probiotic? Stress no more. Just sprinkle it in and smile knowing they are getting their daily dose so they can be their healthiest selves!
This recipe also has the power punch of mango added in. Mango used to be hard to find year round, but not anymore. You can now find it at most grocery stores.
Mango is low in calories yet high in nutrients — particularly vitamin C, which aids immunity and iron absorption. It is important for forming blood vessels and healthy collagen, as well as helping you heal. Mangos are also wonderful for supporting your cardiovascular system, and are a great source of magnesium and potassium.
Now that you know all the extra health benefits from this awesome recipe, let’s get to it!
