Not only will this N’ice Cream recipe cool you off but it will leave you feeling nourished from the inside out. Say goodbye to sugar crashes & hello to a blast of even energy. 

So what’s the secret?

Just Thrive Probiotic! To get the gut health TLC goodness, all you have to do is open a capsule and pour into the blender with a handful of simple ingredients and you have yourself a gut-yummy ice cream.

N’ice Cream


  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3-4 tbsp nut milk
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 Just Thrive Probiotic capsule
  • Cinnamon & pure vanilla extract to taste
  • OPTIONAL – 1 scoop of plant based protein powder/collagen


  1. Slice your frozen banana 
  2. Add all of your ingredients to the blender with the nut milk closest to the blade
  3. Open a capsule of Just Thrive Probiotic and sprinkle in the contents
  4. Blend until smooth & creamy
  5. Add toppings of choice & enjoy!

The best part about this recipe is you can really customize it! Want chocolate? Add some chocolate protein or cacao powder. Need an extra pick me up? Add some coffee in for those mocha vibes—you get the idea!
