Maple Cranberry Roasted Chicken

Guest recipe and blog by Emily Hill @wonderwhyimfat

Winter is the perfect time to have a cozy night in with a home cooked meal. I love to cook with the flavors of the season, like rosemary, cranberry and maple.  They blend well together and are not only delicious but comforting this time of year. I love cooking one pan meals for easy cleanup and this is so easy, yet oh so good!

One of my favorite Winter fruits to cook and bake with are cranberries. Cranberries are considered to be a superfood due to their antioxidant content and nutrients. Once they are cooked in this recipe, they are so soft and absolutely delicious.

Maple, dijon, olive oil and balsamic are one of my favorite flavor combinations. They’re easy on your system (supporting great digestion and a healthy you), and also make a great salad dressing that goes well with this dish.`

And speaking of a healthy you… Did you know?

According to research, 80%-90% of Americans suffer from some gut issue that is making our immune systems work harder… Especially during the winter months!

I stay protected with my Just Thrive Probiotic and Ultimate IgG, especially during this time of year! The hustle and bustle of the holiday season can make it easy to forget to give your gut what it needs (like your daily probiotic!)... But Neglecting good gut support could leave you with diarrhea, gas, bloating, or worse... And you just don’t have time for that right now. Especially with all the extra holiday treats you’re probably indulging in and parties you’re likely attending.

Here’s your fix for getting great daily gut support: Sprinkle in Just Thrive Probiotic to this delicious recipe or anything else you’re cooking or baking. The strains are so resilient, they can withstand super high heat (and stay fully potent). Not only will you be supporting your family’s gut health, but you’re also giving them a nutritious, home cooked, delicious meal.

Time to get cooking and enjoy! Warning…This one is addicting. You’ll likely get requests for seconds!
