Building the Perfect Gut + Hormone-Healthy Smoothie Bowl:

Ingredients:

📍  1 banana

📍  1/2 cup organic wild blueberries

📍  1/2 cup cauliflower

📍  1/2 cup plain coconut yogurt

📍  1 scoop Just Thrive PREbiotic

📍  Maca

📍  Vegan chocolate protein powder

📍  Optional Toppings: beer butter, hemp seeds, grain-free nola

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
