Greek Game Day 7 Layer Dip

Guest recipe and blog by Emily Hill @wonderwhyimfat

This Greek 7 Layer Dip is the perfect game day snack! When I eat traditional 7 layer dips, I am left feeling tired and bloated! That’s because they are usually filled with preservatives and additives that wreak havoc on your gut health. But who doesn’t love a good dip?? Especially for parties or just for a snack? They’re so simple to put together, with easy to find ingredients.

This particular Game Day Dip features fresh herbs that make it so flavorful, and it’s also packed with some yummerific hummus. To be honest, I was a little intimidated by the idea of making fresh hummus, but it turned out to be way easier than I thought! It is actually a lot cheaper to make your own too and you know that there aren’t any additional ingredients added. It's very fresh! I personally like to add in some extra garlic for double “yum” and double health.

I also added two capsules of Just Thrive Probiotic to the tzatziki sauce. Not only does this deliver crucial gut health TLC, Just Thrive Probiotic gives me more energy to keep going throughout the day. I don’t love swallowing pills, so I sprinkle my Just Thrive supplements into my daily recipes…

With this new game day go-to, you’ll have a delicious way to keep your gut in tip top shape even if you overindulge in some extra game day treats that aren’t as healthy as this one!

Ready to create gut health game day magic?!
