Gluten Free Cranberry Macadamia Nut Muffins

Warning- this recipe is loaded with antioxidants!

There’s nothing like cranberries! I love how festive and pretty they are, and I wanted to find a healthy recipe to incorporate more cranberries into my diet.

Cranberries are a powerhouse of antioxidants that can help with weight loss, combat tooth decay and even support immune function. (less “ahhhh-choo” and more “awwwwe-yeah!”)

If you enjoy having a few holiday cocktails, cranberries are also one of the best ways to maintain a healthy liver!

But there’s more than just cranberries - this dish also features nature’s kernel powerhouse: the macadamia nut. Macadamia nuts are also a great source of antioxidants! They are rich in monounsaturated fats that can help drive optimal heart health by lowering your total and LDL (bad) cholesterol levels.

Of course, any health-focused treat would be incomplete without an ingredient to support the gut.

Did you know? A whopping 80%-90% of Americans suffer with some type of gut issue which makes things so much harder on the immune system. Personally, my gut needs all the help it can get – Especially during this time of year! This is why I try to include Just Thrive Probiotic into nearly every recipe I prepare.

Just Thrive Probiotic is the only brand that contains the patented strain HU-36™ which produces antioxidants to the gut. That’s right, Just Thrive Probiotic makes your gut it’s own little antioxidant factory!

Plus, it’s incomparably heat-resistant, meaning you simply sprinkle the probiotic in any dish (hot or cold) without losing potency… And because the strains have no taste or odor, you won’t even know they’re there!

If you’re craving a gut-healthy treat that can appease your taste buds and help support your best digestion, immunity, energy, sleep and skin… Then let’s get baking!
