Delish Apple Crisp

Every autumn, my husband and I make a date out of going to the apple orchard, decorating the house for Fall, and ending our night with our favorite apple crisp and a movie! I’ve been creating so many recipes this Fall with all the apples we picked, and I’m super excited to share this one with you so you can create your own delicious Fall cozy night :)

Delish Apple Crisp

Serving size: 2

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 20 minutes

Course: Anytime treat/Dessert


  • 1 medium apple (chopped)
  • 1/4 c oats (blended to flour)
  • 2 tbsp organic rolled oats
  • 2 tsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 capsule Just Thrive Probiotic
  • Cinnamon to taste- you can mix with some coconut sugar if you prefer it sweeter


  1. Chop apple & toss with some cinnamon. Divide into two small ramekins— set aside.
  2. Blend 1/4 c of oats until you get a flour consistency.
  3. Add in your organic rolled oats as well as your Just Thrive Probiotic.
  4. In a separate bowl melt your coconut oil & mix in your maple syrup.
  5. Combine wet with dry & mix well.
  6. Add the crumble mixture onto your chopped apples.
  7. Sprinkle some cinnamon & optional coconut sugar on top
  8. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the top is golden
  9. Add optional toppings of choice & enjoy!
