Cold Weather Cranberry and Sweet Potato Roast

Guest recipe and blog by Emily Hill @wonderwhyimfat

I’m always looking for a fun snack or appetizer to serve. These roasted sweet potato bites are perfect for a cold Winters day while watching the game! They are healthy, nutritious AND delicious!

Sweet potatoes are my favorite potato. They are loaded with fiber and antioxidants to promote a healthy gut. I love adding cranberries to any Winter-themed recipe, and they’re a great way to make any snack or appetizer healthy. Cranberries are a powerhouse of antioxidants that helps with weight loss, combats tooth decay and helps with immune function.

Of course, no immune-themed recipe would be complete without Just Thrive Probiotic. Don’t worry, this does not affect the taste! The Probiotic is odorless and tasteless and you can sprinkle it into just about any recipe. It’s the easiest AND most delicious way to get in that good gut bacteria daily. Just Thrive is the only brand that contains the patented strain HU-36 which produces antioxidants to the gut too! So by adding them to this sweet potato recipe, you have a powerhouse immune boost treat to delight your guests and keep everyone healthy and balanced all Winter long.
