Strawberry Whipped Ricotta Toast: A Gut-Healthy, Flavor-Packed Breakfast or Snack

  3. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and roast for 20–25 minutes, until soft and syrupy.

Make the whipped ricotta:

Toast the bread:

Assemble:

  2. Spoon warm roasted strawberries and their syrup over the top, and add fresh basil for garnish.
