Spring has sprung & Easter is just around the corner!
I don’t know about you, but I absolutely love those peanut butter eggs - the only problem is that they are packed full of sugar & leave me with a stomach ache.
So, I thought it would be fun to make some healthy Easter eggs that are made with a couple simple ingredients & packed full of gut loving ingredients to satisfy that sweet tooth - and leave you feeling amazing!
A little bit more about the ingredients I chose for this recipe…
- Dates are an amazing source of fiber & reduces inflammation
- Nut butter is a great source of protein
- Dark chocolate is packed full of antioxidants
- Coconut oil boosts energy & promotes skin health
- Sea salt provides lots of minerals
& of course we know that Just Thrive Probiotic
+ improves digestion
+ increases energy & mood
+ supports immunity
+ promotes healthy skin
I promise these are about to be your new favorite.
I always keep some in my freezer for when I’m craving that treat & need a pick-me-up!
Here’s how you make them…
