Healthy Chocolate Mousse with Protein

This healthy chocolate mousse is made with just a few healthy and high protein ingredients to fuel your body.

The greek yogurt creates a creamy texture and thickens after chilling in the fridge.

By adding some maple syrup, you achieve the perfect amount of sweetness. Topped with chocolate chips and fresh strawberries, this mousse is an incredible dessert option or even a healthy, indulgent breakfast or mid-day snack.

However, one of my favorite parts about this recipe is how easy it is to make.

Healthy Chocolate Mousse with Protein

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. To a large mixing bowl, add the greek yogurt, protein powder, cacao powder, maple syrup, and contents of the Just Thrive Probiotic capsules.
  2. Using an electric hand mixer, blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Scrape the sides, and mix again until there are no clumps.
  4. Put in the fridge to chill for 30–60 minutes.
  5. When ready to eat, remove from the fridge and serve.
  6. Top with fresh strawberries and chocolate chips, and enjoy!

Storage Instructions:

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
