  • Additional zest of 1 orange

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly coat it with avocado oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cassava flour, baking soda, salt, and probiotic powder from the capsules.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, avocado oil, honey, fresh orange juice, and almond milk. Stir in the zest of 1 orange.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, and stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  5. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and the loaf has a golden-brown top.
  7. Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
  8. Garnish with additional orange zest, slice, and enjoy!
