Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix crust ingredients and press into a mini tart pan. (The tart pan I use has a 5.5" inch diameter, so anything around 5-6 inches should work.) Bake for 8 minutes, then let cool.
  3. In a food processor, blend the almond butter, soaked dates, and probiotic contents until smooth. Spread over the cooled crust. Refrigerate until set.
  4. Melt chocolate chips and almond butter together (double boiler or heat-safe bowl over simmering water). Pour over the almond layer and smooth it out.
  5. Top the ganache with chopped dates and transfer the tart to the freezer for 45 minutes, or until the chocolate layer is firm and set. Once set, sprinkle with flaky sea salt and shaved chocolate. Slice and enjoy every silky, gut-loving bite!
