Banana bread strikes again, guys. Except this time it is even better (like I never even thought that was possible). This gut-healthy chocolate chip banana bread cookie skillet is made with all gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients! Enjoy it with your morning coffee, or save it for a sweet treat after dinner!

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Cookie Skillet

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 12-inch cast-iron skillet with coconut oil.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the mashed banana, avocado oil, almond butter, monk fruit, eggs, contents of Just Thrive Probiotic capsules, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Add the almond flour and baking powder to the mixture, stirring well to combine.
  4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and transfer the mixture to the prepared skillet.
  5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Let cool, slice, and enjoy!
