Father’s Day is upon us! And what do most men love to do?? Grill! Now that the weather is warmer, I am barbecuing more often and always coming up with fun recipes so meals don’t get boring.
I never realized before, but pork is richer in vitamins and minerals compared to chicken. It’s loaded with vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamins B1, B2, B12 and zinc! And if you can buy pasture raised, grass fed pork, even better! Personally, I love my monthly box from https://wildpastures.com/ – It’s healthy, better for the planet meat delivered right to my door each month.
These pork chops are packed with flavor! I love the touch of tang you get from the lime juice and the spicy kick from the chili. It's such an easy meal and you can prep for it ahead of time. I love meals I can toss in a marinade and let sit until I’m ready to cook. There is nothing better after a busy day than being able to make a quick healthy dinner.
For this recipe I also added Just Thrive Probiotic to the marinade. (NOTE: I also use the marinade to baste the chops as they’re grilling.) After adding Just Thrive Probiotic to my daily routine I have more energy, I’m more balanced and overall, I just feel great. My sleep has even improved and I’m not up all-night thinking about everything that happened during the day. It has been the best addition to my daily routine and has truly changed my life.
When your gut is happy, your body is happy! Yes, you can just swallow your probiotic, but sometimes it's just more fun (and WAY easier) to add it in your meals! Just Thrive Probiotic is the perfect recipe companion because you can sprinkle it into any food or drinks! Hate taking pills?? No worries! Sprinkle your Just Thrive Probiotic into ANYTHING you’re consuming. It’s odorless and tasteless and magical for keeping you healthy and strong!
Ok… Let's get started – I hope you love this BBQ pork as much as I do, to celebrate the Fathers in your life or just for any day you feel like barbecuing!
