Vanilla Granola Nectarine Crisp

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but you don’t have to sacrifice dessert to eat something that sounds healthy. Case in point: this ridiculously easy nectarine crisp that’s secretly a shortcut version, made with vanilla granola and boosted with probiotics. No weird ingredients, no flax seed flour, and no shopping trip needed. If you’ve got ripe nectarines and a bag of granola meant for yogurt, you’re halfway there.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
