With fall in full swing, I figured this was the perfect time to whip up a pumpkin pie smoothie! Here in Charleston, SC, we are still holding onto the last bit of warmth, so it is still the perfect smoothie weather.
Pumpkin is a good source of essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamin A, C, and E. It’s also rich in potassium and high in fiber, which can aid in digestion and help maintain a healthy weight. Plus, it’s loaded with antioxidants just like my favorite probiotic that produces antioxidants right in the gut.
