  1. Start by lining a small baking pan (I used 9x13) with parchment paper. This makes it easy to remove the bars later.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, melted coconut oil, vanilla flavoring, spore-based probiotics, and maple syrup. Mix until everything is smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the grass-fed collagen to the mixture, and stir until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the grain-free cereal and crushed freeze-dried strawberries into the bowl. Stir until the cereal is completely coated with the almond butter mixture.
  5. Fold in the vegan white chocolate chips. This step is always a hit with kids!
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Use the back of a spoon or spatula to flatten the top, making sure it's even. Press the mixture very firmly into the pan with your hands.
