Note: I used Cocojune yogurt and Truvani Plant-Based Protein (in pumpkin spice flavor) for this recipe because the flavors marry really well. You can always use greek yogurt and a vanilla flavored powder if you want as well! The ratios may be a little different but play around with it until you get a nice frosting consistency. I love making protein frosting because they taste amazing, add a little protein to the mix, and help with overall blood sugar balance!
