  • 1 lb pasture-raised, grass-fed ground lamb

  • 1/4 cup organic green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp real salt
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp organic smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp organic ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup organic grated carrot (lightly packed)
  • 1/2 cup organic grated yellow zucchini, moisture squeezed out

How to Make Lamb Burgers:

  1. Remove the lamb from the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes while you prep the other ingredients. This helps the meat cook more evenly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, gently break apart the ground lamb.
  3. Add garlic, green onions, seasonings, and grated veggies.
  4. Mix with your hands just until combined. Avoid over-mixing.
  5. Form into 5 patties.
  6. Heat avocado oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Cook patties for about 5 minutes per side, or until internal temp reaches 160°F.

How to Make the Spicy Harissa Aioli (with Probiotics!):

  1. In a small bowl, mix mayo and harissa sauce until smooth.
