That’s why I created this Healthy Pumpkin Chocolate Fudge, made with good-for-you ingredients.
This no-bake dessert recipe has quickly become a staple in our household. The fudge is rich and indulgent in every bite. If you like chocolate and pumpkin together, this recipe is perfect for you!
Nutritional Benefits
- Tahini: Tahini is highly nutritious and rich in antioxidants. May also reduce heart disease and inflammation.
- Dark Chocolate: Contains antioxidants and is considered a “superfood”. It has fiber, iron, magnesium, potassium, and zinc.
- Pumpkin Puree: Low in calories and rich in antioxidants as well as vitamins and minerals.
