Gutlicious Banana Boats

With Peanut Butter, Jam, and Dark Chocolate

Guest blog and recipe by Jessica Selensky @feastytravels.

Summer is here and that means easy, no-bake treats! These gutlicious banana boats are the perfect sweet treat to enjoy after lunch or at the end of a long, hot summer day. You can even whip them up for a quick dessert to bring along to any summer pool party or get together!

One of the best parts about this recipe is that it’s incredibly easy to make. You most likely have all the ingredients in your house already or can find them at your local grocery store!

However, the flavor combination in the banana boats alone is reason enough to make this recipe.

Because who doesn’t love a dessert with both peanut butter and chocolate? Then, when you add in the flavors from the strawberry jam and fresh banana, it adds a refreshing aspect in each bite.

Nutritional Benefits

  • Banana: Great source of fiber, supports heart health, provides energy, helps with muscle function, and is a good source of antioxidants.
