It’s a scientific fact: Smoothies are the best! They're perfect for busy mornings when you're running late for work, or when you just want something healthy to sip on throughout the day. Personally, I'm obsessed with smoothies – They're just so easy, and if you do them right, delicious and healthy!

Emerald Elixir Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh kale leaves
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 capsules Just Thrive Probiotic

Directions:

  1. Add the banana, almond milk, spinach, kale, avocado, vanilla extract, honey, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, and Just Thrive Probiotic (open the capsules and dump the contents) to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add the ice and blend again until smooth.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
