Easy dinner for two?! Pork chops with a cranberry shallot sauce is the perfect date night meal this month! It’s a quick and easy meal to throw together and can be served with side dishes of your choice.
Cranberries are a great source of nutrients such as vitamins, fiber, minerals, and antioxidants. They can also help relax muscle cramps.
Shallots are helpful for relieving allergy symptoms and can help fight colds, fevers, and coughs. They can also help lower stress levels, so I need all the shallots I can get, along with my favorite stress-busting supplement, Just Calm!
