5 Ingredient Chocolate Chip Breakfast Cookies

I’m so excited for you to try my 5 ingredient breakfast cookies...because who doesn't love a little treat for breakfast? These are fast and easy to whip up on busy mornings—perfect for back to school and hungry kids!

Chocolate Chip Breakfast Cookies

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 12 minutes
Total Time: 17 minutes
Servings: 9 cookies
Diet: Gluten-free

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add banana, almond butter, contents of Just Thrive Probiotic capsules to a bowl, and mix until combined.
  2. Fold in organic oats and chocolate chips.
  3. Use cookie scoop to transfer dough to lined baking sheet. Press down dough to form into cookie shape. This recipe makes 9 regular size cookies.
  4. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
  5. Let cool, and top with optional flakey sea salt. 
  6. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days (if they last that long!).
