“Calming” No-bake Molasses Magic Holiday Dessert

No bake holiday dessert made with simple ingredients and calming benefits? Count me in!

It’s time to give the oven a break and whip up these delicious no bake treats! They’re made with only a couple ingredients and come together in minutes.

Think: all the yummy holiday flavors but packed with so many health benefits.

This has been my go to treat when I want something sweet but need a break from the traditional holiday baked goods that sometimes don’t make me feel the best.

The best part is that this dessert is super easy to make and you probably have the ingredients already on hand!

“Calming” No-bake Molasses Magic Holiday Dessert

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 0 minutes
Total time: 5 minutes
Course: Dessert

  1. Mix your blackstrap molasses, almond butter and two Just Calm capsules. (Simply open the capsules and pour in the mixture; discard the capsules.)
  2. Add in your oat flour and seasonings of choice and mix well.
  3. Transfer to a lined loaf pan and spread evenly.
  4. Drizzle on some melted dark chocolate and freeze until firm.
  5. Top with some flaky sea salt, cut into bars, and enjoy!

*If you don’t have oat flour you can simply blend oats until flour consistency.
*You could also add in a dash of ginger for an extra kick!
*Keep these stored in the freezer or fridge for when you need a little sweet treat!
