It’s chili season! This turkey chili is perfect for a cold, winter night and one of my favorites dishes to make this time of year. By incorporating probiotic-rich ingredients and flavorful spices, you’ll create a hearty dish that’s as nourishing as it is delicious.

Turkey Chili

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan.
  2. Add in the onion and pepper. Cook down for a few minutes, and add in the garlic.
  3. Add in the turkey and seasonings. Stir to combine.

  5. Top with your favorite toppings such as cheese, sour cream, scallions, or avocado, and enjoy!
