Are you a muffin girl like me? One of the things I love about muffins is that they’re so versatile, especially these sweet potato muffins. They make a sweet breakfast treat, an afternoon snack, or a tasty evening dessert!

I also wanted to touch on some of the incredible benefits of Just Thrive PREbiotic.

The “smart” fibers found within this tasty powder do some incredible things, including:

  • Nourishes ONLY your good gut bacteria
  • Can more than DOUBLE your population of good bacteria
  • Provides crucial digestive and immune support
  • Supports bowel regularity
  • Reduces flatulence, bloating, and abdominal pain

I’m a big fan of incorporating prebiotics into my recipes because it’s a nice way to get in my daily supplements without having to swallow a bunch of pills.

It’s also important to note that Just Thrive PREbiotic cannot be heated, which is why I love including it in my no-bake recipes (or in this case the no-bake elements of the recipe like the frosting). You can also add Just Thrive Probiotic to ANY of your recipes (cook, bake, and freeze without losing potency) for added gut support.

I hope you love this recipe!

Remember, prebiotics are the food of choice for your good gut bacteria…so you can feel good knowing you are fueling them as they keep your gut balanced and healthy (while enjoying a guilt-free sweet treat!).

PLUS, studies show that Just Thrive PREbiotic can more than DOUBLE your good gut bacteria population when combined with Just Thrive Probiotic (bundle & save)!
