Gut Healthy High Protein Waffles

Servings: 6–8 pancakes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl whisk the eggs, monk fruit, pure vanilla extract, and olive oil together.
  2. Add the gluten-free flour, gluten-free baking powder, contents of Just Thrive Probiotic capsules, and salt to the egg mixture, and mix until fully combined.
  3. Stir in flax milk, and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the waffle maker.
  5. Cook the waffles according to the directions of the waffle maker, or until they are golden brown.
  6. Top with butter, syrup, or other favorite topping.
  7. Store leftovers in an air-tight container.
