Calming Banana Bark

I’m sure you’ve seen all of the healthy bark recipes going around the internet from date bark to strawberry bark, and my personal favorite, banana bark. I wanted to throw a little Just Thrive twist on this recipe and add in Just Calm for the perfect post dinner treat.

This is such an easy and healthy dessert to quickly whip up. I love having it on hand in my freezer for when I want a little something sweet after lunch or dinner. The best part is that you could eat just a piece or the whole thing without any guilt and all the health benefits.

  • Banana - rich in potassium, supports gut health
  • Almond butter - healthy fat to help regulate blood sugar and rich in vitamin E
  • Dark chocolate - rich in magnesium and minerals
  • Just Calm - helps support nervous system and stress response, manages cortisol levels
  • Flakey sea salt - rich in minerals
