#1: Start slow and give your body time to acclimate.

As with any new supplement, it's important to start slow to allow your body to adjust. If this is your first time taking Just Thrive Probiotic, we recommend that you start with a half dose.

You can do this by simply opening the capsule and mixing half the contents into any beverage or taking one capsule every other day. By doing this for a week, you'll be giving your body time to adjust and get used to the new probiotics. Then, at week two, you can increase to one full capsule a day.

#2: Take your probiotic with your largest meal of the day.

While there's no harm in taking your probiotic on an empty stomach, our spore strains use the food you eat to grow and strengthen. By taking your probiotic with food, you'll be giving the strains in Just Thrive Probiotic the fuel they need to work their magic in your gut.
