It’s a New Year with NEW wellness routines. If you’re looking for a quick, healthy, and satisfying breakfast recipe, these steel cut overnight oats are JUST FOR YOU! They are perfect to pack for a quick snack too! You can incorporate any of your favorite fruits or toppings to best suit your taste.

Steel Cut Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add the flax milk and steel cut oats to a jar, and let sit in the fridge overnight.
  2. The next day, take them out, and add coconut flakes, frozen blueberries, and Just Thrive’s PREbiotic
  3. Enjoy!
