Also, I just have to say that these brownie bites taste anything but healthy. Think rich chocolate with a smooth silky texture that basically melts in your mouth. The dates give it a hint of sweet caramel flavor and the coconut oil not only rounds out the flavors but the healthy fats keep you satiated and satisfied.

Calming Brownie Bites

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 0 minutes

Total time: 10 minutes

Course: healthy snack and dessert

Vegan, gluten free, low carb


Optional add ins:
  1. Melt coconut oil and let cool while you gather the rest of your ingredients.
  2. Add all of the ingredients into a food processor; make sure you pit your medjool dates and open the Just Calm capsules to pour in the powder (discard the capsules). *You can also use a blender if you don’t have a food processor!
  3. Blend until all ingredients are well combined & have a sticky-like texture to roll into balls. TIP: If your mixture isn’t sticking add a small dash of water and blend again!
  4. Roll into balls and store in an airtight container (makes 10 balls).
  5. Enjoy whenever you want a calming sweet treat!
