I really think these work to chase the sickness away! I bought for my daughter who worked in an elementary school and she said she never got sick, even when all the others did. I take them at the 1st sign of illness or if people around me are sick and have remained healthy. I gave them to a friend who was around sick people. He started feeling sick and was feeling better within 2 days of taking 4 capsules per day. I will always have these around just in case!

IGG and sleep.
