How To Take

For Powder:

Undrinkable

The mixdrink was inedible and undrinkable: that is not to my taste. Therefore i could not use the beneficial of PREbiotic until I have gotcPREbiotic in capsules — after the second order. I have lost a lot of time a second time because I did not feel well with the given dose. I felt awkward about asking you for it. In the end
finally I take the PREbiotic out of the capsule, put it in a high glas with juice and water and drink of it over the day. Living without olfactory for many years - i regained my ability to smelll for 4-5 minutes.

I love the prebiotics, I was only using the probiotics and then when I got pregnant I was having a hard time going to the bathroom, it would seriously be like days, so I started to add the prebiotics along with their probiotics and it helped! I definitely recommend adding this to your nightly routine.
