Marketing Specialist – Full-time, 100% Remote

You have:

> Ninja-like verbal and written communication skills (spelling and grammar are next to Godliness)
> Strong knowledge of: ESPs (preferred Klaviyo and Sendlane experience)
> Basic SEO principles and best practices
> Google analytics (data studio and ad platform analytics a plus)
> Understanding of AP style and how various language/writing styles appeal to different target markets
> An openness to feedback and the ability to execute quickly upon request
> The interpersonal skills needed to work alongside managers, developers, project coordinators, and creatives

You might also have:

> Familiarity with Clicksend, Attentive or related SMS program
> A predilection for self-motivation, with a deep sense of ownership and pride in everything that you do
> Attention to detail akin to Sherlock Holmes, and exemplary organizational and time management skills
> A juggler’s capacity to handle multiple projects/demands at the same time
> Whip-smart conceptual and creative skills and ability to brainstorm individually and collaborativel  

Day-to-day “Get-to-do’s”:

> ESP campaign and automated flow management
> SMS campaign and automated flow management
> Activate against email/content strategy
> Test copy, CTAs, and subject lines
> Shopify/Wordpress blog management
> Collaborate and communicate with the marketing team
> Help oversee integrated marketing calendar
> Aggregate data and report on campaign performance
> Research and embody Just Thrive’s core missions and compliance
> Stay in the know and up to date on popular culture, successful campaigns and activities executed in the industry, and the latest in advertising trends and techniques

Minimum Requirements:

> 2+ years of professional marketing experience
> Proficient in: ESP management and implementation
> Basic analysis of data and analytics
> Slack, Outlook, Google Suite, and Asana (or similar project management tool)
> Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, and AP style
> Ability to assist with management of content marketing activities and tools
> The capacity to expertly explain work to team members
> A passion for and knowledge of the health/wellness industries preferred
> Bonus points for experience with brands that require strict legal compliance
