Love the Gluten Away product! It's a bit pricey, so I reserve using it for times when I know I'll be dining out. I still try to eat as GF as possible even at restaurants, but this definitely helps prevent any digestive issues that are usually a consequence of dining out.

Improvements: I wish Gluten Away wasn't so expensive.
Gluten Away really helps me.

I learned from Dr Joel Wallach on talk radio that gluten is harmful for most people, because it harms intestines. I didn't try hard to avoid gluten until 2 years ago when I had COVID. Now I get painful diarrhea when I eat gluten, but gluten is hard to completely avoid. Gluten Away reduces or prevents my reaction to gluten. I had good results from a colonoscopy 2 days ago, so I don't have any gluten damage now.
