These Official Rules (“Official Rules”) govern the Just Thrive 13th Anniversary Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

1. Sponsor

DMS Natural Health, Inc, doing business as Just Thrive, 810 Busse Highway, Park Ridge, IL 60068 (“Sponsor”).

2. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on May 16, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on May 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and members of the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry. Both methods have an equal chance of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Duplicate entries from the same email address will be consolidated to a single entry.

4.1 Purchase Entry (Automatic)

During the Promotion Period, place a Qualifying Order on justthrivehealth.com. A “Qualifying Order” means a one-time purchase or a first (initial) subscription order placed and completed through the standard checkout on justthrivehealth.com during the Promotion Period. Existing subscription renewals (including, without limitation, orders automatically processed through Loop Subscriptions or any other subscription platform), orders placed prior to or after the Promotion Period, and orders that are later cancelled, refunded, or charged back are not Qualifying Orders and are not eligible for entry. Each Qualifying Order automatically enters the purchasing customer (identified by the email address on the order) into the drawing. No entry code is required.

4.2 Free Method of Entry

During the Promotion Period, visit justthrivehealth.com/birthday and complete the free entry form by submitting your name and email address. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. You must click the confirmation link in that email no later than 11:59 PM Central Time on May 17, 2026 (the “Confirmation Deadline”) for your entry to be valid. Entries that are not confirmed by the Confirmation Deadline are void and will not be eligible for the drawing. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of entry.

4.3 One Entry Per Person

All entries will be consolidated and deduplicated by email address (normalized to lowercase and trimmed of whitespace). A person who enters by both methods, or who places more than one Qualifying Order, will receive only one (1) entry in the drawing. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of using multiple email addresses, automated scripts, bots, or other means to submit multiple entries.

5. Discount Offer (Separate From Sweepstakes)

During the Promotion Period, eligible customers may receive twenty percent (20%) off eligible products at checkout on justthrivehealth.com. The discount is applied automatically; no code is necessary. The discount applies to one-time orders and first (initial) subscription orders only. Existing subscriptions and subscription renewals are not eligible for the twenty percent discount. The discount cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated by Sponsor. The discount is not a prize and is not part of the Sweepstakes; it is offered to all eligible customers during the Promotion Period regardless of Sweepstakes participation. Any shipping offer, if advertised, applies only to orders shipped within the contiguous United States that meet any posted shipping thresholds.

6. Prizes

Thirteen (13) winners will each receive one (1) Just Thrive digital gift certificate in the amount of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00 USD), redeemable only at justthrivehealth.com. Each gift certificate is non-transferable, has no cash value, may not be redeemed for cash, and expires one (1) year after issuance. Gift certificates may be applied toward merchandise only and, unless otherwise stated by Sponsor, do not apply to taxes or shipping.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $100.00 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,300.00 USD. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period and confirmed by the Confirmation Deadline. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent will be permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

7. Winner Selection

On or about Wednesday, May 20, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from the consolidated pool of eligible entries (Purchase Entries plus confirmed Free Method of Entry entries, deduplicated by email address) to select thirteen (13) potential winners. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address associated with the entry within approximately seven (7) calendar days after the drawing. A potential winner must respond to the notification email within seven (7) calendar days of the date it is sent to claim the prize and may be required to confirm eligibility and complete additional documents reasonably required by Sponsor, including, without limitation, an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the stated time, is found to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or declines the prize, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, forfeit the prize or select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.

9. Forfeiture for Cancelled or Refunded Orders

If a potential winner’s Qualifying Order is cancelled, refunded, or charged back at any time before or after prize delivery, Sponsor reserves the right to revoke the prize, demand return of the prize or its cash equivalent, and select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.

10. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial, and local taxes on any prize received, and for any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance or use not specifically listed as part of the prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to any winner if required by law.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual or entity it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Proof of purchase or proof of entry submission does not constitute proof of entry or of selection.

12. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at justthrivehealth.com/policies/privacy-policy, and will be used for the administration of the Sweepstakes and related business purposes, as permitted by law. Entry into the Sweepstakes is separate from consent to receive marketing communications. Marketing email or SMS subscriptions, if any, require a separate, affirmative opt-in by the entrant and are not a condition of entry.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, or liability arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undeliverable, or garbled entries, notifications, or communications; technical, hardware, software, Internet, or network failures of any kind; or for any other causes beyond their reasonable control.

14. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules. Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

15. Platform Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Google, Apple, or any other social media platform or service provider. Entrants are providing information to Sponsor and not to any such platform.

16. Winners List

For the names of the winners (available after June 20, 2026 and for a period of thirty (30) days thereafter), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Just Thrive 13th Anniversary Sweepstakes – Winners List, DMS Natural Health, Inc., 810 Busse Highway, Park Ridge, IL 60066.
