Berrylicious Summer Smoothie

This is one of my absolute favorite smoothie recipes that’s super refreshing and always hits the spot on a hot summer day!

I swear this smoothie is so delicious that it legit tastes like a milkshake— but it’s actually healthy!

Plus, it contains so many health benefits that will keep you full and energized for a fun day in the sun. Here are some of my favorite key benefits:

Banana: great source of potassium

Strawberries: rich in antioxidants & vitamin c (think- glowing skin!)

Coconut milk: healthy fats = healthy hormones

Protein powder: aids in muscle recovery & blood sugar

Almond butter: helps keep you full and satiated and last but certainly not least

Berrylicious Summer Smoothie

Prep time: 2 minutes

Cook time: 1 minute

Total time: 3 minutes

Course: healthy breakfast, healthy snack, healthy dessert



  1. Line glass with almond butter or nut butter of choice, set aside.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients in a blender. For the probiotic, simply open the capsule and pour it in. Discard the capsule.
  3. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. I like to blend for a full minute to make it extra smooth!
  4. Pour into your almond butter lined class and enjoy!
    *you can always add the almond butter in the smoothie if you are in a hurry & want something quick before running out the door to the pool or maybe a fun tennis lesson with friends!
